Having completed a twelve track recording deal with Roy in February , such was the enjoyment I got from it I went back a second time in May with both my son and daughter to have them complete twelve songs also.The result is now an excellent album, not because we were any great shakes, but the quality and professionalism provided by Roy and the help and advice he gave us while in his studio was second to none. His backing tracks are absolutely top drawer and the backing singers added an even better dimension. My son and daughter even recorded songs acoustically and again this was no trouble to Roy who put them both at perfect ease and the finished songs have a quality sound. Thanks again to Roy and his family for making it a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back in the future.Tadgh, Emmett and Aine Cox.

Have just completed recording my 12 tracks at Roy’s Country View Studio & I have to say that it has been an absolute pleasure. ? I have been in this business for over 30 years & have recorded in studios all over the world including some of the so called top & most expensive studio’s out there and I have to say that Roy’s studio stands out as one of the best recording experiences I’ve ever had. The sheer professionalism, skill & talent as an engineer, producer & musician that Roy delivers can usually only be found in studios charging far higher prices than he does. Generally happy and good quality tracks however I’m disappointed that one of them was only available in a male key range. The Roy’s Tracks title even quotes Live Irish Country Backing Tracks In Any Key…but just not all of them obviously! The tracks are pricy and I would expect multiple key options for all. Or at least a reduced price for original key only tracks. I needed it and couldn’t find it anywhere else so I bought it has to be to transposed -5 which takes a bit from the good quality of the original. I’ll be purchasing many more in the future so I’d hope this issue can be addressed.
